Farm Fresh Rewards is a Good Shepherd Food Bank program designed to stretch budgets and improve access to fresh foods for thousands of enrolled Mainers.
Maine has the highest food insecurity rate in New England (10.4%) and the fifth highest rate of very low food insecurity (5.5%) in the country.
Farm Fresh Rewards combats food insecurity by increasing access to fresh produce for SNAP/EBT shoppers. Anyone using their SNAP/EBT card is eligible for a 50% point-of-purchase discount on a variety of eligible produce at participating retail stores.

If paying with SNAP/EBT at any of the participating stores, customers automatically receive a 50% discount on eligible items like fruits, veggies, legumes, and seedlings.
